Want a custom formula and diet consultation catered to your needs? This is a perfect option. I will perform several diagnostic procedures and take a detailed health history. This will include your past and current illnesses, and medication use. Once you have been fully assessed, I will make recommendations and provide a custom formula.Dietary counseling is typically given from a traditional Chinese Medicine point of reference. The medicinal value of food is recommended based on a holistic point of view. The therapeutic actions of food are based off of observable qualities of food. Recommendations are specific to each person based on their unique constitution, primary environment, the current season, and current health status. This price does NOT include any additional cost for herbal supplements or formulas prescribed.

Cancellation Policy

We at EnerQi Acupuncture & Wellness value your health and your time. It is important that our patients keep to their prescribed treatment plan and come regularly to their appointments. Missed appointments decrease the effectiveness of treatment and lengthen the overall time required for patients to feel better. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or email so that we may offer your appointment time to other patients. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance or in the case of inclement weather, patients who miss an appointment with no notice will be subject to a charge of $65. Patients who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $50 fee. EnerQi Acupuncture gladly accepts cash, check and credit as forms of payment. A $50 processing fee will be charged for any returned checks.
